Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a transforming international business in the Noord Brabant area as they look to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team at the global headquarters.

The Senior HR Advisor will be a key point of contact for people leaders across the business, advising on the full range of HR topics and will work on a range of HR-related projects.

Responsibilities of Senior HR Advisor:
  • Coach and develop managers in their role as a people leader, giving guidance on key HR activities and processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery
  • Supporting people leaders in defining training & development needs
  • Guide managers through annual performance and merit cycle
  • Support on organisational change initiatives such as restructuring
  • Advise on talent management and succession planning conversations

Experience required:
  • Significant experience in a generalist HR role supporting the full range of HR topics
  • Understanding of complexities of an international environment
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Customer focused
  • Good knowledge of Dutch labor law
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
