EMEA Recruitment is working with a transforming international business in the Noord Brabant area as they look to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team at the global headquarters.The Senior HR Advisor will be a key point of contact for people leaders across the business, advising on the full range of HR topics and will work on a range of HR-related projects.

Responsibilities of Senior HR Advisor:
- Coach and develop managers in their role as a people leader, giving guidance on key HR activities and processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery
- Supporting people leaders in defining training & development needs
- Guide managers through annual performance and merit cycle
- Support on organisational change initiatives such as restructuring
- Advise on talent management and succession planning conversations
Experience required:
- Significant experience in a generalist HR role supporting the full range of HR topics
- Understanding of complexities of an international environment
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Customer focused
- Good knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Fluent in Dutch and English
