EMEA Recruitment is working with a global organisation with a great culture to recruit a Leadership Development Manager for its Global L&D Team.The Leadership Development Manager will play a key role in leading the design, implementation and evaluation of high-impact learning programs, strengthening leadership capability across the global organisation.

Responsibilities of Leadership Development Manager:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of leadership programs, from planning and rollout to evaluation
- Collaborate with HR and SME’s to assess leadership development needs
- Update the Leadership Development Academy curriculum to incorporate best practices and evolving leadership insights
- Create data-driven, blended learning solutions
- Facilitate high-impact leadership sessions
- Use feedback and metrics to enhance program impact
- Maintain a network of quality suppliers and ensure strategic, cost-effective budget use
- Significant experience in organizational learning and leadership development in a complex, international setting
- Expertise in LMS/LXP ecosystems, ideally with experience in Workday
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Strong collaborator with a team-orientated mindset
- High level of cultural awareness
- Fluent in English
