The Leadership Development Manager will play a key role in leading the design, implementation and evaluation of high-impact learning programs, strengthening leadership capability across the global organisation.

Responsibilities of Leadership Development Manager:
Oversee the full lifecycle of leadership programs, from planning and rollout to evaluation
Collaborate with HR and SME’s to assess leadership development needs
Update the Leadership Development Academy curriculum to incorporate best practices and evolving leadership insights
Create data-driven, blended learning solutions
Facilitate high-impact leadership sessions
Use feedback and metrics to enhance program impact
Maintain a network of quality suppliers and ensure strategic, cost-effective budget use
Experience required:
Significant experience in organizational learning and leadership development in a complex, international setting
Expertise in LMS/LXP ecosystems, ideally with experience in Workday
Strong influencing and communication skills
Strong collaborator with a team-orientated mindset
High level of cultural awareness
Fluent in English
