EMEA Recruitment is working with a global organisation with a great culture to recruit a Leadership Development Manager for its Global L&D Team.

The Leadership Development Manager will play a key role in leading the design, implementation and evaluation of high-impact learning programs, strengthening leadership capability across the global organisation.

Responsibilities of Leadership Development Manager:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of leadership programs, from planning and rollout to evaluation
  • Collaborate with HR and SME’s to assess leadership development needs
  • Update the Leadership Development Academy curriculum to incorporate best practices and evolving leadership insights
  • Create data-driven, blended learning solutions
  • Facilitate high-impact leadership sessions
  • Use feedback and metrics to enhance program impact 
  • Maintain a network of quality suppliers and ensure strategic, cost-effective budget use
Experience required:
  • Significant experience in organizational learning and leadership development in a complex, international setting
  • Expertise in LMS/LXP ecosystems, ideally with experience in Workday
  • Strong influencing and communication skills 
  • Strong collaborator with a team-orientated mindset
  • High level of cultural awareness
  • Fluent in English
