Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an innovative, international business that is looking to hire a HR Business Partner for their Tilburg site.

The HR Business Partner will be a sparring partner for managers across this part of the organisation and will support them with strategic HR matters and execution of their people-related responsibilities.

The business is highly dynamic and has a workforce who are passionate about the business' mission and product, creating an environment of great energy!

Responsibilities of HR Business Partner
  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented and updated in line with legislation
  • Coach, develop and support local leadership, building leadership capability
  • Advise leaders on local labor law and guide them through employee relation issues
  • Support with organizational changes required on the sites
  • Facilitate discussions around talent, succession, performance
  • Work with leadership on building culture and driving engagement
  • Help to build high levels of trust between managers and employees

Experience required:
  • Strong generalist HR experience and ability to work as a true business partner
  • Track record of balancing strategic and tactical HR duties
  • Good working knowledge of Dutch labor law
  • Great relationship builder
  • Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels
  • Thrives in a developing and constantly changing company
  • Fluent in English, Dutch an advantage
