EMEA Recruitment is working with an innovative, international business that is looking to hire a HR Business Partner for their Tilburg site.
The HR Business Partner will be a sparring partner for managers across this part of the organisation and will support them with strategic HR matters and execution of their people-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities of HR Business Partner
Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented and updated in line with legislation
Coach, develop and support local leadership, building leadership capability
Advise leaders on local labor law and guide them through employee relation issues
Support with organizational changes required on the sites
Facilitate discussions around talent, succession, performance
Work with leadership on building culture and driving engagement
Help to build high levels of trust between managers and employees
Experience required:
Strong generalist HR experience and ability to work as a true business partner
Track record of balancing strategic and tactical HR duties
Good working knowledge of Dutch labor law
Great relationship builder
Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels
Thrives in a developing and constantly changing company
Fluent in English, Dutch an advantage
