Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a leading international business in its search for a Director of HR Services. This role is based at our client's global HQ in the Noord Brabant region, where you'll join a transforming HR team.

As the Director of HR Services, you will lead the global people services team, ensuring a great employee experience delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your team will include a HR shared service, encompassing HR Operations and HR Advisory functions, along with regional teams worldwide.


Responsibilities of Director of HR Services:
  • Develop the HR Services strategy and how this connects with Finance and IT
  • Lead the deployment of the global transformation plan for Global HR Services
  • Drive process improvement to build an excellent employee experience
  • Create a great team culture and a shared vision and identity for the function
  • Anticipate HR Operations trends and business needs to ensure a future focus
  • Drive personal growth and career progression of direct reports and build a pipeline of talent
  • Collaborate with HRLT, HRBPs and Local HR Services Leads to ensure consistency

Experience required:
  • Significant experience leading HRSS/HR Operations/HR Services in a large international business
  • Innovative and continuous improvement mindset
  • Solid knowledge of local labor legislation across multiple countries
  • Extensive experience in labor relations
  • Great people manager
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
