Global Reward Manager

€85,000- 95,000 + benefits
 

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a growing international business as they look to recruit a Global Reward Manager to join their Global Reward CofE.

The Global Reward Manager will have oversight across all aspects of Total Reward with a key focus on Executive Compensation and related job architecture, grading and policies as well as global benefits.

Responsibilities of Global Reward Manager:
  • Support the development of global and local reward initiatives
  • Implementation and management of global reward projects
  • External benchmarking using market data providers such as Hay, Mercer etc.
  • Execute job grading process with a specific focus on executive-level roles
  • Manage relationships with external benefits vendors, looking to harmonise where possible to achieve economies of scale
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the reward strategy meets their needs and business goals

Experience required:
  • Significant experience in a regional or global total reward role supporting multiple countries
  • Global grading experience using HAY methodology
  • Experience of executive compensation
  • Good understanding and expertise in international benefits
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
