EMEA Recruitment is working with a market-leading B2B manufacturing business based in the Randstad/The Hague region, experiencing a planned growth phase. Operating from a state-of-the-art facility and boasting annual sales of over $500m across multiple global locations, this organisation looks to bolster the tax team by recruiting an experienced Tax Manager.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Managing and leading all tax-related activities, including the management of a VAT Specialist
  • The role is a broad tax generalist role, and you will also be in charge of income tax, tax returns and VAT
  • Responsible for Pan-European direct and indirect tax compliance
  • Triangulation and transfer pricing will be a key part of your role
  • Working with one of the Big 4 to ensure tax returns are prepared on time and accurately
  • Assisting with the preparation of income tax provision calculations and reporting requirements under IFRS and US GAAP, including GL Tax Accounts
  • Identify and mitigate tax risk and support day-to-day tax-related matters
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits

Candidate Requirements:
  • An experienced Tax Manager or experienced in a related role, such as Senior Tax Advisor or a Tax Director for a smaller organisation
  • A demonstrable understanding of B2B operations
  • Experienced in tax triangulation and transfer pricing
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Tax, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in, or willing to commute to, The Hague or Randstad region (Netherlands)
