International Payroll Specialist

€70,000 - €90,000 plus bonus/benefits
 

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are working with a fast-growing international construction company to recruit an International Payroll Specialist.

You will to manage payroll for employees in both The Netherlands and Belgium, assessing payroll processes and workflows and identifying and implementing optimisation initiatives, including process automation.

Responsibilities of the International Payroll Specialist: 
  • Accurate and timely monthly salary processing for 700 employees across the Netherlands & Belgium
  • Be the main point of contact for payroll advice in the region
  • Support the migration from Oracle to SuccessFactors
  • Generate Financial Payroll reports, including calculation of global wage costs 
  • Check and administer payroll mutations
  • Participate in relevant special projects

Skills and qualifications required: 
  • Significant experience in a similar position within an international business environment
  • A relevant payroll diploma/qualification
  • Thorough knowledge of Dutch regulatory environment relevant to payroll, including expat payroll 
  • Strong working knowledge of International Mobility, 30% ruling and split-payroll topics
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with process automation
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and Cobra (SD Worx) a plus
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
