EMEA Recruitment is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to step into a senior interim role with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
This is a part-time, six-to-eight-month assignment for 16-24 hours per week.
You must be fluent in Dutch and English.
Working directly with senior leadership, you’ll manage payroll administrations end-to-end, ensure compliance across multiple client accounts, and act as a trusted advisor on all payroll-related matters.
The Interim Payroll Specialist will be responsible for:
- Payroll setups, processing, and filings
- Preparing payslips, payroll tax returns, and related documentation
- Advisory support on compensation elements including bonuses, pensions, and leave accruals
- Ensuring quality and accuracy in all outputs (approx. 350–400 payslips)
- System work across NMBRS & Exact Online
If you’ve worked in a multi-client environment, know your way around NMBRS and Exact Online, and can confidently lead payroll operations, we would love to hear from you.
