Our client, a global leader in delivering technical solutions and energy services, is seeking a highly-skilled Lead Buyer to join their office in the Eindhoven area.The role requires on-site presence at the office three days a week.
Key responsibilities of the Lead Buyer will include:
- Oversee the procurement processes for maintenance contracts and projects
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal customers
- Participate in tender processes, ensuring best practice and value for the company
- Conduct thorough supplier and contract management
- A minimum of an HBO-level education in a technical, business, or economics-related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a technical service provider or project-based environment
- Expertise in procuring maintenance contracts and early supplier involvement
- NEVI 2 certification is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
