EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with a growing, international retail organisation as it looks to recruit a Junior HR Business Partner dedicated to the retail stores in the DACH region.
The business has exciting expansion plans, and you’ll join a growing HR team, reporting into the HR Manager for the region.
This is a great opportunity for an HR Generalist who is looking to develop into an HRBP role.
As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the General Manager of the retail stores across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, assisting with the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and new store openings to employee development through to offboarding.
