EMEA Recruitment is working with an international manufacturing business based in Breda as it looks to a recruit an HR Advisor to join its Human Resources team.
This HR Advisor position is a great role for someone who is curious, driven, and keen to develop their experience, with the opportunity to move into an HRBP role in the next couple of years.
Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
Executing full employee lifecycle across multiple countries
Partnering with managers to support on wide range of HR issues
Managing recruitment process
Implementing new performance management process
Supporting Head of HR to drive culture change
Managing HR projects, such as systems implementations
Experience required:
Previous experience in an HR Generalist role
Ambitions to move into HRBP role in the future
Enjoys being hands-on and making things happen
Good understanding of Dutch labor law - knowledge of Belgian labor law an advantage
Fluent in Dutch and English
