Working for a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Improvement Specialist to work as part of a project team delivering payroll improvement projects.

Key Accountabilities:
Working as part of a team (global) and leading payroll improvement projects into one global payroll program
To ensure an improved payroll process allows the business to process payroll accurately and efficiently
Ensure the global payroll strategy is translated into local solutions and set up payroll processes in new countries
Working with two key stakeholders (globally) in Finance and HR – creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and knowledge article
Identify, assess, integrate and improve payroll process systems
Candidate Requirements:
Payroll Processes experience in a Payroll Process Expert, Payroll Project Lead or related role
A bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred
The ideal applicant will have a sound knowledge of payroll processes and operating systems such as Workday or Safeguard
A demonstrable track record in delivering payroll improvement projects
Fluent in English and ideally Dutch
In return, our client is offering:
€65,000 - €80,000 including holiday pay
Up to 40 days vacation
