EMEA Recruitment is proud to work with a global manufacturing business in its search for a Plant Controller to plan, control, and optimize financial performance improvements. 

This dynamic and rapidly expanding business offers a unique opportunity for a manufacturing Finance professional to grow and take on increased responsibilities.  
 
The role will suit a proactive and self-driven candidate with strong social skills and a technical mindset.
 
Hybrid working is on offer for the role.
 
The main duties of the Plant Controller are: 

• Working with the head of Finance and Plant Managers to establish and maintain internal controls
• Coordinate financial performance, monthly reporting and analysis
• Financial planning - medium-long term planning
• Monthly closing - for the plant in line with IFRS
• Business partnering - advising directors and managers on cost saving initiatives and operational strategies

The skills required for the Plant Controller are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 5 years' experience in similar roles (Senior Financial Controller, Plant Controller, Manufacturing Controller, Cost Controller) 
• Strong SAP
• Fluent English (Dutch preferred but not essential)
• Based locally to Tilburg, within a 40km radius/happy to commute
