Business Analyst - FP&A

Job Description

Our client, an established, international expert in the production industry, is currently looking for an FP&A Analyst.

The company operates responsible business practices to provide efficient and reliable solutions to its global network.

We are recruiting an FP&A Analyst to join a team of driven and high-performing professionals. You will report to the Head of FP&A and be part of an open office with accessible management, including the CFO.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist management in their decision making through effectively communicating accurate financial insights and recommendations
  • Support the organisation’s financial planning, analysis and forecasting efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams across various business units to gather data, analyse financial performance and develop comprehensive financial models
  • Recognise opportunities to streamline processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Relevant experience and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a financial or analytical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (SAP BPC desirable)
  • Strong financial modelling, data analysis and quantitative skills
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and financial metrics
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information
  • An interest and knowledge in FP&A industry trends and best practices
