EMEA Recruitment is working with an international fashion brand as it looks to recruit an HR Advisor to be based at its Venlo site.
In this generalist role, the HR Advisor will act as a business partner to middle management in the distribution centre and across the business' retail network, providing support throughout the whole employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
Advising and coaching managers on employee relations, engagement and development
Ensuring HR policies and processes are in line with local legislation
Identify, select, and onboard talent
Effectively manage cases linked to disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and performance
Manage sickness cases in line with legislation
Supervise 2 HR Administrators to ensure transactional aspect of employee lifecycle are executed correctly
Experience required:
HR Generalist experience gained in a fast-paced environment
Employee relations case management experience
Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law
Resilient and great relationship builder
Fluent in Dutch and English
