Senior Financial Accountant

EMEA Recruitment is proud to work with a global manufacturing business in its search for a Senior Financial Accountant to handle and optimise all European accounting processes. 

This dynamic and rapidly expanding business offers a unique opportunity for an Accounting professional to grow and take on increased responsibilities.  
 
The role will suit a proactive and self-driven candidate with strong social skills and a technical mindset.
 
Full remote working is available for this position (from the Netherlands).
 
The main duties of the Senior Financial Accountant are: 

• Overseeing and managing the General Ledger (GL) accounting
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) postings
• Prepare management reports and consolidate financial statements
• Work on process improvement projects in accounting and company integration activity

The skills required for the Senior Financial Accountant are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in Accounting, AP and AR
• Strong stakeholder management skills 
• Strong proficiency in Excel, and ERP experience
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
