Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a global organization seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team in Amsterdam.

You will be joining at a time of growth and be part of their project portfolio, which includes some of the most sustainable and cutting-edge building projects around the world.

You will join a great team in the Amsterdam HQ and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for Benelux.

You will focus on all type of roles, such as Commercial, Finance, HR, Procurement, and HSE, as well as more technical and operational roles.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter:  
  • Working closely with your stakeholders to deliver a quality recruitment service
  • Attract a suitable level of talent for vacancies, you will be required to contact candidates directly using direct searching tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Managing the hiring process from end to end
  • Ensure candidate information is updated regularly and kept in line with GDPR regulations using tracking system
  • Scheduling interviews and feedback calls
  • Suggesting and implementing ideas that make the team more effective 
  • Managing multiple recruitment campaigns at different stages of their lifecycle
Experience required:
  • Educated to bachelor degree level
  • 4 years of recruitment experience (in-house) and agency would be advantageous
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a must (any other languages would be advantageous)
  • Willing to cooperate in international projects
  • Willing to travel to operating company locations across Benelux
  • Resilient and happy to collaborate
