EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organisation who are seeking an experienced HR Applications Specialist to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.In this role you will be a key player in optimizing and innovating their local HR systems, processes and Payroll. Reporting to the System & Solutions Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth HR system experience for the business.
I am looking for someone who is not only passionate about optimizing and innovating local HR systems, processes and Payroll but also possesses a keen eye for efficiency and excel at problem solving.
Responsibilities of HR Applications Specialist:
- Lead functional improvements for multiple HR systems and payroll
- Proactively manage incidents, tickets, and upgrades.
- Act as an intermediary between business needs and Global HR System teams and manage vendors
- Lead technical projects, including HR system implementations.
- Optimizing and streamlining the Payroll workflow and system
- Relevant experience in technical HR systems
- Higher vocational/academic degree
- Excellent Knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Experience with systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI, and interfaces
- Experience with internal and external stakeholders
- Keen eye for efficiency
- Fluent in English
