EMEA Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a multi-national manufacturing company in Amsterdam, to recruit a Dutch-speaking HR Assistant to join their friendly team.
The HR Assistant will provide support to a variety of administrative and organizational activities under the HR & General Affairs department.

Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:
Prepare monthly HR reports as required
Organize, manage, and maintain files and records
Manage and ensure the efficiency of the HR tool, including updating and uploading policies and procedures
Facilitate and support seamless (pre)onboarding experience of new hires
Coordinate and oversee the collection and organization of performance appraisal documents
Prepare essential documents, e.g. employer statements
Schedule and coordinate appointments with local authorities in the relevant countries
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls and maintaining sickness leave records
Experience required:
Bachelors in HR, Business or relevant field
Minimum 2 years of relevant international General Affairs work experience
Systems savvy
Excel skills, have excellent knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas
Excellent communication skills to converse with external parties and internal team members of all levels
Exceptional planning/organizational skills and being deadline oriented
Being a team player, as well as being able to work independently
Fluency in English and Dutch
