Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dedicated Senior O2C & Distribution Specialist to join their team based in Amsterdam.
This hybrid role will see you working closely with internal stakeholders and an external logistics service provider to manage Order to Cash and Customer Distribution processes across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities for the Senior O2C & Distribution Specialist:
Oversee Order to Cash and distribution operations from the outsourced regional Distribution Centres
Support Customer Order operations across all affiliates and third-party distributors
Work with internal teams to improve service delivery and optimise processes
Ensure compliance with SOX, GDP, and SOPs related to O2C and distribution
Act as the point of escalation for customer order issues
Manage SAP transactions and inventory reconciliation
Coordinate import/export shipments, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
Ideal profile for the Senior O2C & Distribution Specialist:
Proven experience in a pharmaceutical or bio-tech environment, especially in O2C and Customer Distribution
Strong SAP experience
Familiarity with GDP and relevant regulatory requirements for customer distribution
Fluent in English, with French or Spanish as very desirable (but not essential)
Proactive, solution-driven, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
