Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international luxury goods business looking to add an Operations Controller to their team based in Amsterdam.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with expansion plans throughout Europe. 

Key responsibilities of the Operations Controller:
  • Order-to-cash process: Optimize and automate the O2C process, including customer setups, sales order management, issue resolution, and training

  • Replenishment & analysis: Develop CRM and POS integrations, process resale data, initiate replenishment orders, and provide actionable insights

  • Customer service: Lead and support the Customer Service team, ensuring quality, resolving complaints, and coordinating operational tasks
  • Service development: Analyze and improve processes, monitor service quality, and implement measures to enhance business efficiency and performance

Experience and skills:

  • Education: HBO-level education with fluency in Dutch and English - German is advantageous

  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities, with a focus on service excellence

  • Personal qualities: Proactive, enthusiastic, commercially driven, flexible, and a team-oriented self-starter
