IT Systems/ERP Implementation Team Lead | Amsterdam | Rapid Growth and Strategic Transformation

As they create their own IT function from the ground up, this role offers you the chance to bring a hands-on approach and visionary leadership to shape a modern IT landscape.

The Opportunity: As IT Systems Team Lead, you'll take charge of implementing a new ERP/EAM system—(SAP S/4HANA or IFS) — and oversee everything from integration to future maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Way: Direct the design and rollout of a cutting-edge ERP/EAM system, driving timelines, managing vendor relationships, and liaising with senior stakeholders (e.g., Finance and Operations leads).
  • Hands-On Oversight: Dive into the technical work yourself, from troubleshooting to system customisation, all while guiding junior support staff.
  • Elevate Performance: Implement improvements to system efficiency and reliability, ensuring the business gets the most from its investment.
  • Future-Proof IT: Oversee contract management, licensing, and user access, along with training programmes to raise system expertise across the business.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in ERP implementation (preferably SAP S/4HANA or IFS), with a thorough grasp of ERP modules across business functions.
  • Leadership: Skilled in team management and project delivery, with the confidence to build trust and drive collaboration.
  • Analytical Edge: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
  • Fluency in English is essential; French is an advantage.
