Financial Controller

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a world-renowned, sector-leading business with significant interest in renewable energy and sustainability looking to add a Financial Controller to their team. 

Your responsibilities as a Financial Controller include:

• Ensure compliance with Accounting regulations (HGB and US-GAAP) within the DACH region
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Conduct monthly reporting with account and variance analyses
• Reconcile US GAAP with local Accounting standards
• Support process and system improvement initiatives
• Interpret financial data for opportunity/risk assessment

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English 
• Qualified in Business Administration
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably MS-Dynamics AX)
