Cost Analyst - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with an international energy business in its search for a Cost Analyst, to be based in Amsterdam.

The Cost Analyst will be the link between SAP and the operational team, bringing insight into the company's various business segments.

Your responsibilities as the Cost Analyst:

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process
• Review and approve purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate cost allocation
• Monitor and analyze actual expenses to identify variances and improve cost efficiency
• Collaborate with business controllers, supply chain and operations teams to gather and analyze financial data
• Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to actual expenses

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Finance/Business Analyst role or similar
• Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar
• Experience using SAP, Power BI and Excel preferable
• Fluent in English, French advantageous
• Analytical, strong communication skills
