Our client is a growing and acquisitive company in the life sciences sector. They are currently looking to hire a Commercial Finance Controller who will partner with the commercial entities in Eastern Europe to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure alignment with business objectives.This is a part-time role for three or four days a week and requires presence in the Amsterdam office at least one day per week.

The responsibilities of the Commercial Finance Controller will include:
- Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Monitor commercial financial performance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Create financial models and ROI dashboards to optimize commercial investments
- Provide visibility on financial performance and help the commercial team to achieve high performance
- Educational background in Finance, Economics or a similar discipline
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently without much supervision
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Fluency in English
