Branch Accountant

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is seeking a Spanish/Italian-speaking Branch Accountant on behalf of our Amsterdam-based client, a multi-national manufacturing company.

The Branch Accountant will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks, working closely with the Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will receive opportunities for progression and personal development.

Responsibilities of the Branch Accountant:

• Complete the monthly closing process
• Manage all cash and bank processes
• Support the FP&A process and review budgets regularly
• Assist with internal and external audit procedures
• Oversee compliance with CIT and VAT reporting
• Support with various ad-hoc projects

Experience/skills required:

• Bachelor's/master's in Accounting/Finance or similar
• 3-5 years' experience in Accounting
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Italian, and English
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferable)
• Organized, communicative, and proactive
