EMEA Recruitment is working with a global technology and innovation hub to recruit a Talent Lead who will ensure the business has the right capabilities to drive future growth and development.Transparency and logical thinking are essential, and the role would suit someone who enjoys working with a highly specialist and technically astute workforce.

Responsibilities of Talent Lead:
- Lead recruitment process for world-class talent
- Build a strong network of academic institutes to pipeline top-tier talent
- Facilitate effective career development conversations
- Explore learning and succession planning opportunities for the workforce
- Mentor new hires who often join from oversees to ensure a positive onboarding experience
- Promote positive employee experience and great company culture
- Partner with the management team on broader HR topics
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Talent/HR role for an international business
- Good understanding of Talent Management practices
- Able to effectively partner with senior leaders
- Critical thinker with strong business acumen
- Solution-focused with a proactive approach
- Fluent in English
- Masters level qualification preferable
