EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with an international business based in Limburg. Our client seeks to recruit a HR Manager to be a sparring partner to management and lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
The role is fully generalist in nature and is responsible for HR in the Netherlands. It balances strategic tasks with tactical work, making it suitable for someone who enjoys switching between the two.

Responsibilities of HR Manager:
Be part of the management team developing HR strategy
Attracting and recruiting top talent
Facilitating discussions on talent management and succession planning
Ensuring effective development plans are in place
Dealing with complex Employee Relations issues
Managing relationships with works councils and CLAs
Experience/skills required:
Proven HR Management experience in a dynamic environment
Great coach and able to develop a team
Able to communicate at all levels within a business
Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law
Fluent in Dutch and English
