EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with an international R&D organisation in its search for a HR Manager to lead HR from their HQ in Weert, Limburg.
This is a stand-alone role and requires someone who enjoys switching between strategic, tactical and operational tasks. You'll be a key advisor to senior leadership across the business.

Responsibilities of HR Manager:
Develop the HR strategy in line with business objectives
Act as a sparring partner to leaders on all HR topics
Align the organisation and talent to the current and future needs of the business and broader group
Ensure the right talent is in place at the right time through effective recruitment and talent management
Encourage ongoing learning and development of the workforce to build capability
Drive a culture of inclusion, integrity and cooperation
Build strong networks with research institutes and universities to access top talent
Mentor and coach new trainee
Ensure the business is competitive from a reward perspective
Experience required:
Significant HR Business Partnering/Management experience gained in an international setting
Experience working with employees in highly specialist/technical roles such as R&D or Tech
Track record of recruitment and talent management of professionals and specialists
Masters level qualification or above
Curious and enjoys embedding themselves and learning about the business
Critical thinker with strong common sense and a proactive approach
Good knowledge of Dutch labor law
Fluent in English; another European language a plus
