Procurement Specialist

Job Description

We are supporting a global business in its search for a Procurement Specialist to join the team in Liechtenstein.

Operating across multiple industries, the company is experiencing rapid growth and requires a skilled professional to manage Procurement processes across various business functions and locations.

As Procurement Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end Procurement activities, ensuring smooth supplier engagement and contract execution
• Leading sourcing, supplier onboarding, and contract negotiations to support business needs
• Working closely with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and Operations to optimize Procurement workflows
• Overseeing supplier relationships, driving efficiency and cost savings
• Ensuring compliance with group Procurement policies and supporting governance initiatives
• Coordinating vendor agreements and service contracts across multiple locations
• Contributing to process improvements and strategic Procurement initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of Procurement experience, with a strong understanding of sourcing and contract management
• Experience working in multi-entity or international Procurement
• Strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage supplier agreements and commercial queries
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in ERP systems (JIRA or MS Dynamics a plus)
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work across different teams and timezones
