EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global manufacturer and distributor of chemical products. Our client is currently looking to appoint a Head of Finance for Italy.

The role is based in Bergamo area and offers hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Finance:

• Partner with the Country Head to drive financial decision-making
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with global and regional financial reporting standards
• Coordinate local S&OP processes and support supply chain alignment
• Oversee financial aspects of contracts and legal matters
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Finance function

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 8+ years of experience in a similar position from multinational company
• People management experience
• Experience in analytical review, budgeting & reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS and SOX
• Experience in preparation statutory financial statements
• Fluent in Italian and English
