We're currently searching for a Finance Business Partner on behalf of our client, a dynamic manufacturing company with a strong international presence based in Bergamo, Italy.The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in the Finance team, supporting commercial decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Deliver financial reports with variance analysis and KPIs
- Provide strategic insights to support growth and profitability
- Prepare business cases for investment decisions
- Analyze product, customer, and channel profitability
- Monitor cost drivers and identify efficiency opportunities
- Support non-financial teams with financial guidance
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant Finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or multi-national settings
- Strong FP&A and budgeting background
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Skilled in data analysis and insight communication
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Proactive, with sound commercial and operational understanding
