QESH Manager

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international FMCG client in its search for a QESH Manager to join their team in Hillegom, Netherlands.

You will play a key role in ensuring the company upholds high standards of quality, health & safety and environmental practices within the production facility.

You will implement and maintain the QESH policy through planning and supporting a team of six Quality employees.


You will be reporting directly to the site manager and working closely with different departments such as production, maintenance and R&D,

The successful candidate will demonstrate working in an ISO&GMP Environment.


Responsibilities of the QESH Manager.
  • Weekly checks to confirm department metrics are on target for completion times, and batch release inbound inspection
  • Process customer complaints and complete requested follow-up actions
  • Raise, track and complete all CAPAs
  • Control the PPAP process
  • Be the HQMS supervisor for the site
  • Training & coaching/mentoring all employees

Experience required:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a QESH leadership role
  • Experience working in an ISO&GMP environment
  • Recognized formal qualifications in H&S
  • Fluent English, Dutch is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in a government-regulated industry
