EMEA Recruitment has partnered with an exciting sustainability manufacturing business that prides itself on immaculate finished contemporary products. Our client is experiencing an exciting growth period, driven by the integration and implementation of new systems.As the Senior Supply Planner, you'll take on a wide range of responsibilities, including the upcoming project to roll out the new ERP system. This also offers an opportunity to further develop yourself as a core member of the project team.
This role is based in Ziegelbrucke, Switzerland.
The main responsibilities of the Senior Supply Planner include:
- Long-range capacity planning for the Swiss plant (semi-finished/finished goods)
- Develop and support the implementation of production strategies for the Swiss plant
- Demand planning for raw materials, components, and other categories
- Inventory Planning of raw materials and all other goods
- Contribute to the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency
- Own the planning, supply process design across departments in the future ERP & Lead and mentor planners and deputize other team members
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (C1 level)
- Degree in industrial engineering, production management, or a related field
- 5-8 years of professional experience in demand & production planning
- Proficient in ERP systems (MS D365) and production planning tools
- Familiarity with lean management and Six Sigma methods (preferred)
