EMEA Recruitment is partnering with an esteemed and well-regarded multi-national business in the manufacturing industry in its search for an HR Manager.
This position will be based near Steffenburg, Germany and the successful candidate will need to be able to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
We are looking for a driven professional with multi-national experience to undertake the responsibility of supporting the full employee lifecycle and collaborating on international HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities of the HR Manager:
Act as the go-to person for HR processes
Be the key communicator between both internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on mentality in topics such as recruiting, payroll, labour law, works councils and wider operational matters
close collaboration and influence on leadership, processes and practices
Ensure a strategic approach to compensation and labour law topics
Required experience:
Prior experience in a manufacturing multinational environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of Labour Law is essential
Strong background and experience in HR Operations
Previous experience in a management position and good stakeholder and leadership team communication skills
Commercial mindset with a hands-on attitude
English and German fluency is required
