EMEA Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a global brand that is changing the world from a sustainability point of view in its search for an HR Business Partner.

The business is looking for an HR Business Partner to join on a permanent basis based across two sites supporting the DACH region and an employee headcount of c.500 people.
Ideal locations would be Blenfeld/Hanover/Munster/Dortmund and surrounding areas, with the ability to travel within Germany.
Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
You will partner closely with the key stakeholders across two main sites
Day-to-day HR support to both blue and white collar employees from an operational perspective with the support of the wider HR team
Management of employee relations cases, starters, leavers and changes, and recruitment processes
This role will also be responsible for any strategic projects:
HR process alignment and harmonization (ensuring consistency globally and locally)
Management of work council relationships
Employee engagement project
Change management – be that team restructures resulting in headcount increases, reductions, internal changes, and transformation
Experience required:
3-5 years in a similar role
Knowledge and understanding of DACH labor law
Fluency in the English language
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity with travel within Germany
