As a Plant Controller, Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee production and maintenance controlling, ensuring financial transparency and efficiency
• Lead monthly closings, forecasts, and budgeting processes, delivering variance analyses and reports
• Drive the product costing process, collaborating closely with department heads
• Provide financial evaluation for investment projects, preparing key data for decision-making
• Act as a trusted business partner, supporting cross-functional teams with strategic insights

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of experience in business controlling, ideally in an international manufacturing company
• Strong expertise in production controlling; experience in product costing is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of SAP (CO/FI/MM) and MS Office (Excel, Power BI)
• Fluency in German and very good English skills are essential
