We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of IT to spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap.

This role focuses on optimizing and evolving our systems, including ERP platforms and workplace solutions, to support operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure technology aligns with and drives our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities of the Head of IT:

  • Develop and implement a robust IT strategy and technology roadmap to modernize the company’s systems, with a focus on ERP solutions and workplace technologies
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of an ERP system that meets the needs of the manufacturing environment
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of workplace solutions to enhance employee productivity and collaboration
  • Ensure IT systems and infrastructure are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities
  • Manage the IT department, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of the team
  • Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient operations
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends relevant to the manufacturing industry and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business performance
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems, including selection, implementation, and optimization
  • Experience with workplace technology solutions, such as collaboration tools and digital workplace platforms
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
