We are delighted to be working exclusively with a dynamic, international TMT company and are seeking a highly motivated Treasury Systems and Banking Specialist to join their expanding team. You'll be based at the company's headquarters in London, UK.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong treasury systems background who is detail-oriented and proactive in their approach to leverage their treasury and technology experience and add real value to the organisation.
Your duties in this globally focused role as the Treasury Systems and Banking Specialist will include, although will not be limited to:
Banking Security Management for global banking platforms
Identifying new global banking solutions to improve banking systems/processes
Designing and configuring a global Bank Account Management system
Creating and documenting workflows for Bank Account Management, onboarding a new system, and rollout to 200+ legal entities
Technical design and configuration of global SWIFT connected platform FIS ‘TRAX’; Treasury Management System and Microsoft SharePoint to provide data/information across legal entities
Source and manage regional revaluation and daily transaction FX rates, industry leading market data and trading platforms for Group Treasury
Providing FX market data for Group Treasury and legal entities
Establish SWIFT connectivity for bank accounts globally
Adhering to and improving system-based controls and procedures
Stakeholder management working with the business, HR and other finance teams
Support in trainings of treasury related topics
Supporting ad hoc activities and projects
Requirements:
3-5 years' Treasury, Finance, Audit or Project Management experience within an international organization
Working knowledge of ISO 20022 standards for XML based pain.001 format
Fluent in English and ideally one other language
Ability to communicate at all levels and have a collaborative approach to work with cross-functional colleagues and external parties
A critical eye, confidential approach and problem-solving skills
