Our client is searching for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager for its operations in Czechia and Slovakia.
This standalone position reports directly to the Supply Chain Director, and plays a key role in ensuring efficient logistics coordination and top-tier customer support.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Logistics Manager:
Manage incoming customer orders, product availability checks, and timely entry into internal systems
Coordinate product dispatches and serve as the primary contact for delivery inquiries and issues
Issue invoices, credit notes, and handle rebates or product complaints in line with internal processes
Maintain accurate master data for customers, products, and pricing in ERP systems
Monitor inventory levels and organize stock transfers between warehouses as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in Customer Service, ideally within the agricultural or pharmacy sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders
Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Fluency in Czech (or Slovak) and a good command of English
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Excel
