EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working with a global, leading agriculture company with over 10,000 employees and €5 billion in sales across 100 countries.Our client is searching for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager for its operations in Czechia and Slovakia.
This standalone position reports directly to the Supply Chain Director, and plays a key role in ensuring efficient logistics coordination and top-tier customer support.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Logistics Manager:
- Manage incoming customer orders, product availability checks, and timely entry into internal systems
- Coordinate product dispatches and serve as the primary contact for delivery inquiries and issues
- Issue invoices, credit notes, and handle rebates or product complaints in line with internal processes
- Maintain accurate master data for customers, products, and pricing in ERP systems
- Monitor inventory levels and organize stock transfers between warehouses as needed
- Prior experience in Customer Service, ideally within the agricultural or pharmacy sector
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Fluency in Czech (or Slovak) and a good command of English
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Excel
