Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established global company in the machinery manufacturing industry. We are searching for an International Tax Manager to join the Copenhagen office.

The successful candidate will oversee global tax compliance, optimize reporting processes, and ensure alignment with international tax regulations.

Key responsibilities of the International Tax Manager:

  • Ensure global tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of tax returns
  • Manage tax-related matters for mergers and acquisitions, aligning with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct tax research and optimize the company's tax strategies, integrating new international regulations like Pillar II
  • Oversee tax audits across various jurisdictions, handling disputes, and implementing robust internal controls for tax reporting


Your profile:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commercial Law, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in tax compliance, ideally within multinational environments or public accounting
  • Familiarity with international tax laws, including transfer pricing and cross-border transactions
  • Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with legal, finance, and external stakeholders
