As the Central Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Operations Planning process within our Global S&OP. Your role will involve managing the Product Availability, Inventory, COGS, and OPEX on a global scale for a Business Unit product portfolio. You will be responsible for supervising and consolidating demand requirements, collaborating with Production and the BU teams to define a capacity and production plan. Additionally, you will manage central availability allocation and distribution in line with the tactical planning cycle. You will be accountable for conducting root cause analysis and implementing improvement actions to continuously enhance the End-to-End Supply Chain performance and Service to Customer.
