EMEA Recruitment is supporting a leading Swiss organization in strengthening its Supplier Management function within Procurement.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supplier management strategies, ensuring best practices are embedded across procurement operations.

The organization is seeking a high-caliber professional with experience in supplier segmentation, evaluation, and development within a complex business environment.

We are looking for a Supplier Manager with:

  • Proven expertise in strategic supplier management within Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Experience in supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and risk management

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationships

  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and cost optimization strategies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ideally SAP Ariba

  • Fluent in German; English or another Swiss national language is a plus
