Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a multinational business in their search for a HR Manager. 

We are looking for a driven professional with a mix of HR managerial and Business Partnering experience in a multi-national environment to undertake the responsibility of leading business-wide initiatives and projects.

You will be part of an exciting business who are looking to enter a strong growth and transformational phase, acting as a key member to this.

Key responsibilities of the HR Manager:

  • Define the HR function through partnering with both local and global teams 
  • Development of HR processes and strategies including implementation of new initiatives and optimisation of current processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the finance department to coordinate budgeting and planning
  • Oversight and responsibility of the full employee lifecycle as well as driving employer branding, succession planning, talent management and cultural development


Required skills/experience:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at varying levels and geographical regions
  • Prior experience in improving processes and initiating change
  • High level knowledge of and desire to manage the full employee life cycle
  • Proficient in English and German in mandatory
