EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established multinational company in the Manufacturing sector. We are searching for a Senior HR Manager to join the Basel office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key HR initiatives and projects, collaborating with both local and global teams to drive strategic HR functions. This position requires a mix of HR management and business partnering experience in an international setting to develop and optimise HR processes.

Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager:

  • Partner with stakeholders across different regions to define and enhance HR strategies and policies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring process efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with finance teams to coordinate budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including talent management, employer branding, succession planning, and cultural development.
  • A varied balance of HR Management and HR Business Partnering
     
Your profile:
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across diverse teams and regions.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and leading change initiatives within HR.
  • Extensive knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, with a hands-on approach to HR management.
  • Prior experience working in or with a multinational’s German entity
  • Fluency in both English and German is essential.
