Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a professional services client seeking experienced and results-driven Branch Managers.

As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Locations: Lucerne, Basel and Geneva. 

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in recruitment.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Branch Manager:

  •  Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff to meet and exceed targets
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth
  •  Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  •  Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and support to achieve KPIs
  •  Develop and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  •  Track and report on branch performance, including financial metrics and recruitment outcomes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong background in team management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans effectively
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and driving branch success
