EMEA Recruitment is delighted to exclusively partner with a fast-growing sporting goods manufacturer that is looking to add a Tax Specialist to its Amsterdam-based Finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with ambitious growth plans in the Netherlands and internationally, whilst supporting senior management from a tax perspective on key business decisions. 

Responsibilities of the Tax Specialist:

• Tax Planning & Compliance: Support the CFO in developing and maintaining tax strategies, ensuring compliance with national regulations
• Tax Return Management: Oversee and manage the timely and accurate filing of tax returns
• Collaboration & Risk Management: Work closely with finance teams to implement tax strategies, track financial risks, and resolve issues
• Audit & Advisory Support: Coordinate tax audits, maintain tax documentation, and provide guidance on the tax implications of business decisions

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years in a tax management-related field whether in industry or from a consulting firm
• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Taxation
• Understanding of tax planning strategies and experience in managing indirect taxes
