EMEA Recruitment is delighted to support a leading global institution looking to add a Senior Auditor to their Internal Audit team based in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to continue their career within a company that offers significant training and growth opportunities. 

Responsibilities of the Senior Auditor:

• Risk Assurance: Provide independent assurance on risks related to the company's activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to the company's internal policies and external regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance across all operations

• Audit Execution:  Handle components of audit assignments, producing accurate working papers, and supporting management with occasional ad-hoc requests

Experience and Skills Sought:

• 2-5 years of experience in Audit (experience within financial services is a plus)
• Independent critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management
• Experience in internal control/audit, pursuing or holding professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CA, ACCA)
• Proficient level of English
