EMEA Recruitment is working with an international not-for-profit organisation as they look to recruit a Strategic People & Learning Lead.
As the Strategic People and Learning Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and executing the learning & development strategy for the organisation, ensuring a learning culture is established and that they can continue to grow their impact.
You will also be the custodian of the company culture, ensuring it stays true to the core values and will work with employees to help drive an engaged workforce.
The business operates a remote-first approach so there is a high degree of flexibility on where you are based.
Responsibilities of Strategic People & Learning Lead:
Lead the people and learning strategy and agenda in an inclusive way
Lead and coach leadership group to encourage them to maximise the potential and impact of their people
Organise the delivery of people and learning strategy, translating developmental needs into relevant interventions
Encourage collaboration between the different people-driven workstreams to align with the organisation's mission
Apply organisational development thinking to the design and structure of the organisation
Experience required:
Significant experience in Learning & Development and leadership roles
Deep understanding of the place of HR & Learning practices in organisational performance
Experience with adult learning and development principles (including designing training/workshop programs)
Proven leadership and influencing skills
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
High adaptability to different virtual teams, people and culture
