Job Description

Do you understand what it takes to be responsible for improving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall business performance? If so, and you'd like to join a team ensuring true business optimisation, then I would love to hear from you.

Our industry-leading client is looking for a Project Manager - Business Optimisation. You will work in partnership with and report into the Business Optimisation Director, heading up various projects in line with business objectives.

As a function their focus is on business process improvement, change management, and project management, and it is the latter of this where they require the support.

Responsibilities of Business Optimisation Project Manager:

This is not a role where everything is necessarily in place. You will be responsible for setting up certain ways of working, prioritising tasks, and following direction from US guidelines to execute the required projects.

You'll also build strong and key relationships with business leaders to ensure full understanding of needs and support throughout each process.

Now the fun part - what projects can you expect to be involved in?
  • Optimisation or business payroll
  • Updating self-assessment frameworks
  • EU mobility
  • Streamline of business operations
  • Data integrity and quality
  • Legislation, policies and law

Experience required:
  • Previous experience in Project Management and ideally a qualification to support your knowledge
  • Be comfortable building business cases, working with KPI’s and the ability to create task boards
  • Thrive in an informal structure and seize the opportunity to use whatever methodology suits you to ensure the task is completed

From a tech point of view, they don’t require specific experience, however, knowledge of any PM platforms and the following would be beneficial: PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office (including Box).

This role is suitable for interim professionals looking for some ‘two-way’ flexibility and the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis for at least 12 months. The office is based in Amsterdam.

If you have the required experience, then I would love to hear from you!
